Ingredients
- 11 Oz Premier Protein Caramel Shake
- 2 Tbsp Chocolate instant sugar free jello pudding
- 2 Tbsp Skinny salted caramel syrup
- 3 Mini twix bars
- Caramel syrup of choice
Instructions
- Mix together shake, jello and skinny mix and put in the freezer overnight or until frozen
- Once frozen mix on Lite Ice Cream in the creami
- Add a spash of milk or left over protein shake if powdery, hit remix
- Make a small hole and add twix bars and caramel syrup and hit mix in.
