I love my Air Fryer, I do want to get the Ninja Foodi, but mine still does the job. The mister I use is the Misto Brushed Aluminum Oil Sprayer, I don’t use Pam because it ends up leaving a film, plus you don’t want to use Pam directly on the food either. I have made these a couple times…

Easy Cookies and Cream Ice Cream
So I bought a Cuisinart ice cream maker a few years ago, well back in 2017 to be exact. I might have used it once and then put it away. I had taken it out recently and then realized I don’t know what I did with the instructions. So scrolling through Pinterest, I figured let’s look it up. I came…
Punky Brewster on PeacockTV
So by now most of you have heard about Punky Brewster on Peacock TV. I so say, it’s really good. Especially since I grew up with the original Punky Brewster show back in the early 80s. It was the first show I could really relate too. Young Punky Brewster is abandoned with her dog, Brandon, in a supermarket. When she…
Baked Ranch Chicken
This is a really simple, tasty meal. I did add more ranch seasoning. This is a good weekend dinner since it does take some time to cook.
Italian Wedding Soup
This is one of our go to soup recipes. I use a meatloaf mix, which is just equal parts beef, pork and veal. If find it better than just doing 8 ounces of beef and pork. Also my son added in around 1/4 cup of red wine, you don’t need to do it, but it gives it a nice taste.…

Swagbucks – You can do this either on your phone or their website. You can print coupons, which you get points for printing and using the coupon.…
What’s New on Hulu – December 2020
I’m actually not to impressed what Hulu has to offer right now. They were offering $1.99/mo for new members, but that’s also for the Ad plan, which I can’t stand, if I’m going to pay for something, I’m not going to be watching ads. Okay, I lied, I am looking forward to December 10th when the Grinch: Musical is going…
What’s New on Netflix – December 2020
I was hoping Netflix would have put more Christmas movie on. I may have to watch Jurassic Park again. Also I haven’t watched ET in who knows how long. Okay, Little Nicky is a favorite, but almost any Adam Sandler is good. What are you looking forward to watching this month? Available December 1 3 Days to Kill50 First DatesA…
French Apple Tart Recipe With Pastry Cream
Since I still had apples to use up from apple picking, the advantages of living in Upstate NY in the fall, I decided to make an apple tart. It was amazing. It didn’t last more than three days in my house. Since I had 4 egg whites left over, instead of throwing them out, I made myself an egg white…
Slow Cooker Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
One thing I love about the fall is taking out my slow cooker. I haven’t made a lot of soups in it, but I find it so much easier than babysitting soup on the stove. This is one filling soup. I made it with some Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits. My son, the picky one, even though he wants to go to…

Small Batch Apple Butter
Fall is my favorite time of year. We went apple picking last week. I have never made apple butter before and I’ve always wanted to try it. It didn’t disappoint. I used Cortland apples. I don’t know why it took me this long to make it. It does taste better after being in the fridge overnight. Taste amazing on muffins.
