My son actually got me watching Everyday Italian with Giada De Laurentiis, she is an awesome cook. I’ve actually started breading my chicken this way as well. I’ve tried a couple of her recipes and I’ll post them here. I plan on trying more as well. These chicken tenders I have frozen and reheated and they still taste great.
