I just was reading about how credit cards will now allow a surcharge of up to 4% when you use your credit card. Retailers such as Target, Wal-Mart, Sears, and Home Depot will not add the surcharge. If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Oklahoma and Texas they have laws banning this. Luckily I live in New York.
